Try adding one or more:
• Black olive wedges
• Diced tomato
• Grated carrot
• Chopped water chestnuts
• Finely minced red onion
• Minced green onion (green and white parts)
• Dash of garlic powder
• Crushed dill weed
• Minced dill pickle
• Chopped hard-boiled egg
And remember...
• Don't overcook potatoes
• Use real mayonnaise
• Use regular mustard, not Dijon
• Easy on the mustard
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Don't overmix
